IIBA (International Institute Of Business Analysis (http://iiba.org/)) is a non-profit organization established in 2003. This is the first and reputable organization to provide certification for professionals working in the field of business analysis.

Earning a certificate from IIBA means that BAs (Business Analysts) are recognized for their professional skills and working qualifications in the field of BA. To take the IIBA certification exam, candidates need to have enough practical work experience, skills and certain professional qualifications at each specific level.

For individuals, IIBA certification is the result of a long-term process of cultivating professional knowledge and practicing essential skills in the field of software business analysis summarized in the document BABOK v3. This proves that individuals have a solid foundation and are fully capable and qualified to participate in macro projects or work in large corporations. IIBA certification is considered an important milestone for BAs, giving them many opportunities to advance in their work with attractive salaries and hold many important positions in the business.

For businesses, an employee's IIBA certificate will be a prominent advantage in the company's profile to help them impress during the project bidding process. Helps customers and partners easily choose a unit to accompany thanks to the qualifications of the staff. Especially in the era of industry 4.0 and globalization, it is even more important for businesses to have high-quality, international-standard personnel.
